Features

  • Assets - this section of the application allows you to see what assets are assigned to you and single out individual devices. It also displays the last reported location, speed, odometer, for quick view of what your fleet's current status is.
  • Zones - polygonal in shape; you can draw a zone around the boundary of your business property, the city limits or a state. Zones are quickly and easily created by simply right clicking on any point of the map to begin drawing.
  • Locations - locations are used to quickly reference closest assets and for routing devices to a location. These are automatically saved into the application and load onto the map when you log in.
  • Reports - With over 30 reports, Fleet Freedom® provides you with the tools to manage your fleet. Our reports are broken down by Device, Zone and Fleet. Fleet based reports allow you to quickly sort out exceptions like showing assets that frequently speed, idle too long or park excessively. Exceptions allow you to quickly identify exception data to filter out information that you may not want to see. All reports show reference locations on the map so you can not only print and download the reports, but see the location of their occurrence as well. Scheduled reports are all new to Fleet Freedom®. Simple choose a report and a schedule and we'll email when they are ready for viewing and downloading.
  • Notifications - Fleet Freedom® can notify you via true SMS or email. We can notify you when your assets speed excessively and when they enter or exit specific zone types. With 35 different notification options and a timed schedule on when you wish to receive notifications, we keep you well in touch with your Fleet's activities.
  • Behaviors - an administration tool that allows a designated user to change the how an asset communicates with Fleet Freedom®. This is how we determine the manner in which asset reports in to the application.
  • Google™ Maps Enterprise - arguably the most popular mapping platform anywhere in the world. The simple easy to use Google Map is a licensed mapping application that gives you the same look and feel as the online version, without any annoying ads. With Fleet Freedom® and Google, you see only what you want to see on the map. Fleet Freedom® supports Illustrated, Hybrid, Satellite and Terrain map views.
  • Maintenance - allows you to have automatically recurring events based on time, engine hours or odometer. The system has intelligence that can alert approximately one-week before a vehicle is needed for maintenance. Ad-hoc maintenance events are also available for unplanned or unscheduled events.
  • Two-Way Messaging - Use Fleet Freedom® as a dispatch tool. We can integrate with your field employees existing mobile devices through email or SMS messaging. Fleet Freedom® can send and receive two-way dispatch messages to your fleet.
  • Icons - Fleet Freedom® gives you the flexibility to show your assets on the map however you would like to see them. We have a library of over 50 different icons and offer a custom icon designer. With the customer icon designer you can take a picture of your vehicles or assets and upload them to the map.
