Fleet Freedom® Mobile - BlackBerry Edition
This great new service is designed to run on BlackBerry devices and report GPS data to Fleet Freedom®. We use true autonomous GPS data giving similar reporting functionality of a fully installed GPS modem, without the added costs and installation time of an installed solution.
Fleet Freedom® Mobile can track your mobile employees as often as every 2-minutes automatically with flexible reporting schedules. This BlackBerry tracking service is perfect for all your mobile employees. Our service provides you with speed data, speeding alerts, zone entry/exit information with alerts, fleet level reporting, 2-way messaging and so much more!
BES server can be used to push Fleet Freedom® Mobile directly to the devices in the field. Flexible tracking intervals and reporting schedules can be set on the device every 2-minutes up to 60-minutes and everything in between.

Vehicle Tracking
Tracking your fleet of vehicles with us is a breeze. You can utilize many of today's most popular GPS modems with our system. Vehicle tracking gives you access to see your vehicles current speed, engine idle state, location, heading, GPS odometer. Run reports for your entire fleet or for just one vehicle. Our reporting section can quickly identify vehicle exceptions like excessive speeding, idling, or sitting. Run a Zone report to see how long your vehicles spend on job sites and receive email notifications when vehicles enter/exit a zone, speed or idle excessively. Reports can be downloaded, printed and saved right from the application.

Handset Tracking
Our handset tracking feature can be used with almost any handset available today. Handset tracking used Assisted GPS technology. Assisted GPS or aGPS technology uses cellular tower triangulation and GPS technology where available to help quickly and conveniently locate your mobile workforce. Ping on demand or use Fleet Freedom® Track Mode to auto locate your handsets at pre-determined intervals. You can even go back and see a history of where your mobile workforce was on the map in a bread-crumb trail. Handset tracking works with the Bell Mobility and Sprint PCS networks on business accounts.

Asset Tracking
Have a need to track fixed and mobile assets that do not have a power supply? Fleet Freedom® Asset Tracking is exactly what you need. We can help you outfit your valuable assets with portable, rechargeable battery based devices. Asset tracking uses Assisted GPS technology. Assisted GPS or aGPS technology uses cellular tower triangulation and GPS technology where available to help quickly and conveniently locate your valuable assets.
The small and lightweight portable aGPS devices can be placed almost anywhere to give you an approximate device location. Ping on demand with Fleet Freedom® or use Track Mode to auto locate your assets at pre-determined intervals. You can even go back and see a history of where your mobile workforce was on the map in a bread-crumb trail. Asset tracking works with the Bell Mobility and Sprint PCS networks.

Emergency Man Down and Mobile Lone Worker
Trak iT™ has partnered with Grace Industries to provide and industry-leading solution. The T-Pass 3 is a fully integrated man-down and mobile lone worker safety emergency system with Fleet Freedom®. This ensures that man down and emergency notifications will get passed through the T-Pass mobile device to Fleet Freedom® and out to your emergency contacts immediately in case something goes wrong. Notifications are delivered via SMS and/or email messaging.
Technical details:
TPASS-3 EVACUATE is a High-Performance Two-Way Radio Signaling PASS Device that is Intrinsically Safe per ANSI/UL 913, sixth edition. For use in Class 1, Groups A, B, C, and D; and Class II, Groups E, F, and G; Division 1 Hazardous Locations. The TPASS 3 IS-R is also CSA and Industry Canada Approved. The Auto On feature provides the next level of assurance that PASS are not only worn, but are turned on automatically when removed from the Storage position. The Accountability Storage Key is a value added benefit of Grace Industries’ T PASS 3, providing a secondary means of personnel accountability.

Temperature Monitoring
We have developed an all new unique customized temperature monitoring solution. Our temperature sensors are calibrated to your specific environment and monitor current temperature in your mobile environment using a rugged GPS enabled cellular modem. Temperatures are delivered to the Fleet Freedom® application along with GPS data and stored for viewing in reports. Alerts can be sent out via SMS text message and/or email to notify you of too high or too low temperature values. This solution is perfect for the food delivery business. You can show your client that your cargo has stayed within optimal temperature range for maximum freshness upon receipt.
